1、SA299GrA SA299GrB钢板厚度范围：8-200mm
2、执行标准：执行ASTM A29/A 29M-05标准。
3、交货状态：正火或者热轧，一般50mm以上要以正火状态交货。
4、SA299GrA SA299GrB炼钢工艺：钢应为镇静钢,并应符合A 20/A20M标准中细晶粒度的要求。
5、简介：
SA299压力容器用碳锰硅钢板，按照本标准生产的钢有SA299GrA和SA299GrB两个级别。钢板的big厚度仅受化学成分要满足规定力学性能要求的能力限制。但目前通常是将本标准的big板厚限制在200mm以下。
6、临氢、抗氢容器板定轧，热轧、控轧、正火、回火、淬火、调质等其他交货状态。
正火：将钢板加热到适宜温度在空气中缓慢冷却
退火：将钢板在某一适当温度下根据材料和规格的不同进行缓慢冷却
回火：将钢板在某一适当温度下进行长时间保温在冷却
淬火：将钢板加热保温后在水油或其他无机盐等介质中进行快速冷却

N类偏差：正负偏差相等
A类偏差：按公称厚度规定负偏差
B类偏差：固定负偏差为0.3
C类偏差：固定负偏差我0  按公称厚度决定正偏差   级别较高

(1) The chemical composition of domestic SA299 completely meets the standard requirements of ASME SA-299. The content of harmful impurities such as P and S is low. In the thickness direction of steel plate, the chemical composition is uniform without obvious component segregation.
(2) SA299 steel plate is C-Mn-SI steel for boiler and pressure vessel plate in ASME standard. It is generally used for various welding parts with working temperature not exceeding 400°C, such as boiler drum, pressure vessel, etc. The steel is required to have high medium temperature strength, good plasticity, heat treatment and welding process performance

SA299GrA钢板是广泛应用于燃煤发电机组锅炉锅筒（汽包）的材料之一。主要应用300MW\600MW亚临界锅炉汽包产品的封头及壳体。一般用于工作温度不**过400°C的各种焊接件,如锅炉汽包,压力容器等,要求该钢具有高的中温。
